Your customer service is Awesome. I want to let everybody know that I ordered this product but the first one came damaged. I ordered it for my 4-year-old daughter's birthday surprise gift. It came damaged so, I returned it. After a day, their customer service person Joyce contacted me and apologized to me for the inconvenience. She immediately placed an order for this product as a "4th birthday gift "for my daughter. I was so surprised by their amazing customer service. I didn't have to pay for anything. Belleur cares about its customer satisfaction. I received the product (gift) within 3day. Now, my daughter is enjoying her birthday gift from Belleur. Thank you so much for making her birthday memorable...This product was nicely built. Very sturdy and was shipped quickly. I would have given it 5 stars if the chalkboard was actually a chalkboard. I am not sure what it is made of but it is not even close to being a chalkboard. The chalk doesn't stick to it when writing. I am considering painting it with chalkboard paint. Other than that it is beautifully made and works great. My 3-year-old grandson loves it. Perfect size and comes with a bunch of neat stuff for him to play with.Great artwork center for child. Granddaughter loves to paint and this kept her attention for a very long time. My only wish was that there was a way to have a clean cut on the paper . You either need a scissors or have bad tear. I have had easels before but this one offers superior quality for a very inexpensive price tag. It is well designed and thought out. One of the best features is that the height can be adjusted. It comes with paints, brush, magnets, two paper rolls for your little artist! I feel like an informercial person because wait! It even comes with magnetic letters and chalk! They didn't pay me to write this review. I just wanted to share our lovely experience. It is so good to see our daughter enjoying learning. She spends so much time painting and playing with her letters and she isn't even 2 yet. A genius easel!This is a fantastic purchase. My four year old granddaughters love this easel. At first I thought the chalkboard was terrible due to the slippery texture, but then today I noticef a bubble in the bottom corner. Once I realized it was a protective film covering and I removed it on both sides; I was thrilled. The girls can paint, they can use the markers on the whiteboard, they use big pieces of sidewalk chalk on the chalkboard and they really enjoy the magnetic numbers/alphabet. I noticed some of the reviews mention the boards being warped and I can't help but think this is the protective covering bubbling up. I wish there was a way that I could mention this in each of their reviews because I think this film is the culprit. I've had this easel for several months and didn't want to write a negative review. Boy, am I glad I didn't because I would have been wrong. The protective film is hard to notice (and I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the instruction booklet) as it was thrown away immediately after my husband assembled it. This item is well made and I anticipate the grands being able to play with it for years. I give this 5-stars for the price and the many options provided!!The easel itself is nice enough; we haven’t had it long so I don’t know how well it will hold up but it seems like decent quality. But I probably wouldn’t have bought this particular one if I’d known how crappy the accessories were. For one they all absolutely stink. We threw the smock away immediately because the overwhelming plastic smell gave me an instant headache. The magnets are very cheap and won’t last long. The art supplies are all less than dollar store quality. Definitely not worth the extra cost for the accessory kit.Customer Service is an amazing team. The chalkboard was peeling off and as soon as I sent my case with photos to the vendor its customer service reached me out to replace it for a new one. The easel is amazing for our baby, the high adjustment options are perfect. My baby loves it, he is always looking forward to paint on paper or write on the witheboard and chalkboard. This is good to let the kids creativity fly.We ordered this because we received a similar easel for a gift but our daughter broke it. This one is MUCH sturdier and is of better construction. Unfortunately, the one we ordered had a strange ripple in both the chalkboard and the white board. We contacted the company directly and they shipped us a new one for free! We haven’t put that one together yet but we are very impressed with the customer service.Very disappointing. Opening up package to assemble and the boards are warped on both the white board and chalk board. States cannot be returned due to the paint included with bundle. Not impressed.Update. A full refund and replacement was given. I have changed my review because of this. Overall the product is good and easy to assemble.
