Whiteboard arrived quickly and was well packaged. SUPER simple set up - literally took 15 minutes - all tools are included. I didn't know there is a film on the whiteboard until I read another review - to keep from disassembling it like he did, I simply used a butter knife and went around the edge of the frame very lightly - and it peeled right off. Looks great, rolls on carpet with ease. It's going to help me a great deal as I learn to draw body parts for my anatomy and physiology class. Definitely recommend!
