This is a great board offering excellent value for money. Good quality components are used throughout. For example threaded castors are used rather than the cheaper push fit ones that are more commonly found. A good gauge of metal is used as it did not deform very much as I tightened the rather nice brushed nickel finish bolts that hold this together.I'm deducting one star because the aluminum on the one side of the board is dinged in three places. The packaging was not damaged so this did likely not happen in transit. The uniformity of the damage clearly shows that something in the packaging/manufacturing process is flawed and some the machinery used is doing the damage. I noticed that some other reviewers have seen similar problems. It doesn't affect the usability of the product - it's purely cosmetic but mars what is otherwise an excellent product.As with other reviewers I found the instructions could be a little clearer - it is not obvious at first glance which way around the columns go as there is a difference at the top with what looks like some reinforcement on one side. However after looking at it for a bit I realized that the large knobs go on the side without the reinforcement since there are some little bumps on the board holder channels that fit nicely into the reinforcement. Since there are a few of these holes this allows the board to be used at angles other than completely vertical. A nice feature, though not something I'll use.As to leveling the board I found the easiest way was to allow the board to sit on the flip controller in the correct position while holding the flip controller up (to stop it from dropping down under the weight of the board) with one hand and tightening the smaller hand knobs to permanently hold the board in position with the other.
