Upon reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant when purchasing this watch because of the mixed experiences. However, I was surprised at how well this watch works.I bought this watch for my 6 year old son. Once the watch was set up, my son was able to navigate through the watch very easily. We live in the Caribbean and a local 4G sim card works well in it. The sim card was a little difficult to insert at first but once we held the sim card in place whilst inserting, there were no issues.I love the App and the way that I can control how he uses the watch. The only contacts that can be stored in the phonebook are those contacts the parents upload into the App. I also love the tracking feature and the option to activate School Mode via the App. The screen is a little big for his wrist but I am assuming it is big to accommodate video calling and game playing. We were also able to download WhatsApp very easily. The wrist band is comfortable and interchangeable. My only criticism so far is that the instruction manual could have been a bit more detailed but if you are somewhat tech savvy, you can figure it out. My son loves his watch and I am very pleased with my purchase.
